When in difficult situations:
1. Exhale deeply until you empty your lungs at least three times until you calm down;
2. Remember you've come to this point in your life because you have always been able to deal with difficult stuff one way or another;
3. Remind yourself that you have everything needed to deal with this situation and many more;
4. Feel your body and your emotions, and don't feed, with your attention and your belief, any thought that is not standing in Trust, Truthfulness, and Power Here and Now. Your emotions will flow away through your body just like the energy that they are. And the negative thoughts will just fade away;
5. Your point of power is the present moment and your decision in the here and now to trust that YOU CAN MANAGE;
6. Stand up, ground yourself with your feet well planted and start doing what you can do, ONE THING AT A TIME;
7. Take rests and relax by connecting with nature in stillness and just laying on Earth in SILENCE.
